Overcoming Phobias with EFT: A Deep Dive into Spider Phobias and More
Emma and Jemima dive into the topic of overcoming phobias. Initially discussing what phobias are and their impact, they specifically highlight arachnophobia, or fear of spiders. Emma, one of the speakers, shares her personal experiences with two phobias — dentists and spiders, further discussing the physical and emotional reactions she experiences. The discussion extends to EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, which can help with phobias. Jemima guides Emma through an EFT session targeting her spider phobia. Through this process, they uncover that the phobia masquerades an underlying fear of loss of control.
