Let's Talk About Resentment

Resentment is one of the more uncomfortable emotions to admit to — it carries a kind of shame of its own, as though feeling it makes us small or petty, when in reality it's often a signal that something important has gone unaddressed for too long. 

In this episode, we get honest about it. We share personal experiences of resentment, explore what tends to trigger it, and look at how it differs from anger and frustration — emotions it's often confused with but that carry a different quality entirely.
